T & R Conservatory Design Terms & Conditions

1. Signature:

The customers signature on the quotation/order document is an acknowledgement that they have checked the form and understand the configuration of each item being ordered.  It is an agreement to have the item made.

2. Cancellation of orders: 

Legalisation allows a 7 day “cooling off period” during which the order may be cancelled by phone on 01562 752111 or email enquiries@tandr-info.co.uk, orders will be processed on the 8th day.  You cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for manufacture.

3. Prices: 

The price we quote is the price we will charge unless there is a change in the rate of VAT between quotation and order.

4. Condensation: 

At best double glazing may reduce condensation but there are so many factors involved that no reputable glazing company will guarantee elimination of condensation.  It is even possible that by reducing ventilation (draughts) double glazing may increase condensation.

5. Guarantees: 

All frames carry a 10-year guarantee.  If goods are installed by T & R Conservatory Design, then our workmanship also carries a 10-year guarantee.  Glass units are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 5 years.  Hardware is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year.  Liability shall not extend beyond the value of the items supplied.

6. Title to goods:  

The title to goods and ownership thereof shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been made.  In the event of non-payment T & R Conservatory Design reserve the right for them or their agents to enter the premises to repossess the goods.  In the event T & R Conservatory Design do not accept responsibility for any structural damage or consequential loss.

7. Payment: 

Payment is due on the completion of the installation.
