Q:What is the weight of a Supalite tiled roof?

A: 46kg per sq mtr (roof styles may vary)

Q: Do i get a guarantee with my new roof?

A: Yes we work closely with Home pro and all our products and services are covered for 10 years

Q: How long will it take to install

A: Most roof are completed and ready for painting between 5 and 7 working days (Plaster drying times may vary depending on the time of year)

Q: Do i need planning permission?

A: Normally not, but if your conservatory needed planning, it will more than likely need planning to change the roof

Q: Will a Supalite roof add value to my property?

A: Yes, all our roofs are put through a JHAI building regulations certificate which is always costed into the price of the roof, and we do all the paperwork.

Q: Will it make the roof feel darker?

A: It may make the room feel darker, but there are simple ways to brighten the room, for example, painting the ceiling white, adding spotlights, or even a roof window or glass panels.
